2. Data collected

I collect the following data in the course of my business:

Via the quote or contact form: name, email address, project type, project description, attached files (3D files, photos, sketches) and, if you place an order, postal address, for invoicing and delivery.
Via WhatsApp or phone: your phone number, your profile name and the content of our exchanges.
Via the online shop: order information, delivery address, payment data (processed by my payment provider; I do not store card details).
Automatically: IP address and technical connection data, recorded in my hosting provider's server logs. No analytics or tracking tools are used.

3. Purposes of processing

Your data is used exclusively for:

Processing and tracking your orders or quote requests.
Contacting you in connection with your request.
Improving my services and website.
Meeting my legal and accounting obligations.
Asking you, once only after a paid order, whether you would like to leave a review on Google (you are free not to respond).

I do not use your data for commercial prospecting without your explicit consent.

4. Legal basis

The processing of your data is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and its implementing ordinances, in force in Switzerland since 1 September 2023. Processing is based on the performance of a contract (order, quote) or on your consent.

5. Data retention

Your personal data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and at most for the legally required retention periods (10 years for accounting data under Swiss law).

6. Data sharing

Your data is neither sold, rented, nor transferred to commercial third parties. It may be shared only with:

MaxiNetwork Sàrl (Maxihoster, Switzerland): website hosting and sending of emails (quotes, invoices, reminders, order confirmations).
Stripe (Ireland and United States): payment processing. I never have access to your card details.
Klarna (Sweden): instalment or deferred payment, if you choose this payment method. Klarna processes this data on its own behalf and may check your creditworthiness.
TWINT SA (Switzerland): payment by TWINT, if you choose this method.
Swiss Post: order delivery (name and delivery address).
WhatsApp / Meta (Ireland and United States): if you contact me via WhatsApp.
Competent authorities if required by law.

Transfers to the United States rely on the safeguards provided by the FADP (Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

7. Your rights

In accordance with the FADP, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right of access: obtain confirmation that I process your data and receive a copy.
Right to rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to erasure: request deletion of your data under certain conditions.
Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Right to object: object to the processing of your data in certain cases.

8. Security

I implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction. My site is accessible via HTTPS (encrypted connection).

9. Cookies

My site only uses technical elements needed for it to work: your cart contents, your light or dark theme choice and your answer to the information banner (stored in your browser), plus a cookie that remembers whether you have already liked a blog post. During payment, Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page. No advertising tracking or profiling cookies are used.

10. Amendments

I reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the update date shown in the header.
